Wild Oats Records artist Steve Haggard is a true original. A superb singer/songwriter, Steve blends rockin' country with blues, a little folk and a dash of rockabilly to create Genuine American Roots music.
Steve has performed in 17 countries, and will be on tour in Europe in Summer 2009. His new Wild Oats Records CD is Love Conquers All.

The music of Joel Alan Lehman is best described as a cross between the 'outlaw' country of Waylon Jennings and classic Texas songwriters like Guy Clark. Lehman's fine songs are filled with strong images and technicolor characters, and delivered in a natural style that makes it
all seem effortless. His curreut Wild Oats Records CD is Pure Texan.

The fine singer/songwriter Garry Jackson is one of the mainstays of
our Wild Oats Records roster. He's from Canada, but spends a lot
of his time here in Nashville these days. Garry also tours overseas   regularly. He has a soaring voice, and writes some really first-rate material. His current Oat CD is Something's Got A Hold On Me.

Pat DiNizio is the acclaimed lead singer/songwriter/founder/guitarist
of The Smithereens, a great band with a couple of gold albums to their credit. DiNizio also happens to be a tremendous solo artist, and we're pleased to have Pat's wonderful Live: The Living Room Tour CD (recorded right here in Nashville) on the Wild Oats Records label.

Kimberly King, who made her debut in our label's 'New Artist Series', lives here in the Nashville area. An excellent singer and songwriter, Kimberly's style is a cool and original blend of country, blues & pop. She performed in Germany in 2008, and will be returning to Europe
this summer. Her brand-new Oat CD will be released in August 2009.

Singer/songwriter Mark Brine -- dubbed "The Wild Blue Yodeler" by Billboard Magazine -- is a unique, exciting talent. Brine's superb mix
of country, folk and blues has been described as "Woody Guthrie
and Lyle Lovett taking Mark Twain for a picnic in the heart of the Mississippi Delta." His latest Oat CD is Out On Luke's Highway.

Bluesman Eddie Kirkland has recorded for Stax/ Volt, Prestige, King and Telarc during his long career, and we were honored to have him featured in our Wild Oats Records Blues Series. From his work with John Lee Hooker, right up to the present day -- he's still goin' strong
in his 80s (!) -- Eddie is a master of singing and playing the real blues.

Another "veteran" of our Wild Oats Records roster is Glenn French, an extremely talented singer/songwriter based in Connecticut. Glenn presents thoughtful, melodic songs, delivered in a warm, rich voice.
He made his Oat debut in our "Singer/Songwriter Series", and has
turned out some fine CDs since then. Glenn's new one is Snowblind

Elliot Frisby, a talented singer/songwriter and exciting stage performer,  is from England. First featured in our label's 'Singer/Songwriter Series', Elliott returned to Nashville to record his excellent Rusty Road CD.

Frank "Andy" Starr is a Rockabilly Hall of Fame member whose classic MGM sides, cut in the '50s, still sound just as fresh and exciting today. Sadly, the unforgettable Mr. Starr passed away in the fall of 2003. His great music lives on in his final recordings, cut with Wild Oats Records   (naturally!) in 2002. A video documentary of his life is now in the works.

A pop singer and songwriter from up New York way, Virginia Rao is a very talented artist who has done several projects with Team Oat here in Nashville. Virginia has a really nice voice, and writes songs marked by strong melodies. Her current CD is titled simply Virginia Rao.

Wild Oats Records artist Teddy Glenn is known as The King Of Crock. (Crock = Country + Rock.) Glenn writes powerful, distinctive songs, and has performed "everywhere from the dives of Oklahoma to the wilds of Sweden". Watch for his new Anthology CD, coming in September 2009.

Singer/piano player Melissa Sigler is one of the four artists featured
on our acclaimed Four Aces blues CD. She hails from Lake Charles, Louisiana, but has been living in Nashville for several years now.
Melissa writes some truly top-notch songs, and delivers them in an original style that blends the best of blues, rock, pop and jazz.

Singer/songwriter/keyboard player Michael Jay Cresswell is English,
but he lives in France these days. A very talented artist and dynamic performer, Michael spent the month of April 2009 here in Nashville, recording his Wild Oats Records debut CD, which will be released in
September 2009. It's excellent music... so get a sneak preview now.

The rockin' band known as Old Scool hails from Delaware, and is a new addition to our Oat label. Led by singer/songwriter Lionel DeBernard, the group plays fine original music which has a classic rock feel, but
still sounds fresh and modern. Their latest is Save Me From Myself.

Buck & Duke are a top-notch country duo from Georgia who we feel you'll be hearing a lot about in the near future. These two guys write and sing real country music... which is getting very scarce these days.
